How will my games get determined?

For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Plan Holder. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

In Person Draft
New partner will participate in an In Person Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. If a partner cannot attend a date, efforts shall be made to ensure partners picks are fairly selected (for example, ability to call in selection, or the option to send another person to make picks). Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

Ronald; Two of my partners wanted to keep the Nats first home game. Our third partner wanted one of the Cubs games. So we can provide you with five games definitely (4/14, 7/21, 8/27, 9/5, 9/14). I'm pretty sure these are the correct dates but will verify when Nats get their web site updated (hopefully within the week). There is a Cubs game on 6/15 which is a maybe. If our third partner gets the Cubs game on 6/13 then you can have the game on 6/15. We will select games on March 12th. We haven't worked out process for post season but at minimum I'll set you up as a partner so you'll be able to buy tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Payment wise the partners have sent me checks. So if you want to proceed I'll send you my email and home address. You can pay when I distribute the tickets.

Ronald; Our plan has seven non- Sunday afternoon games, but five of them are 4pm starts. Let me know if that is ok with you. I'll check with my other partners to see if it is ok with them.

Correct we have 7 games available. We added a partner who took five of the games. If you want more than 7 games, let me know how many and I'll check with my partners.

Are you only selling 1/4 of your games? Will all 42 games be a part of your lottery or will you be selecting the 10 games that will be a part of the lottery?

Correct we are selling tickets to ten games. What we have done in past years is get together in March to distribute the tickets. In past years we had the quarter plan and three partners. Game selection was very informal. This year with the half season plan and four partners we haven't quite decided on how to select the games, but will probably do some type of lottery to determine order of selection and then select one game at a time.
