• Thanks for your response, Lisa! It probably is easier if you simply accept the offer. I dont know if that will affect the $40 service fee, but we have had several problems in getting the deal finalized, if you can accept the pending offer, that would be great. I know that you are only purchasing 12 tickets, which would be a $660 charge. Thanks!

Here is the situation, I would love to make you an offer right now but I am waiting to hear back from someone who promised to get back to me by yesterday. I don't want to make an offer to you and then not be able to deliver. If I don't hear from him by Monday at noon, I will send you an offer. Either way, it probably makes sense for you to send me an offer with the minimum number of seats that you will accept. Assuming we are good to go, I will accept. If there are any changes needed, I will respond within 24 hours. Again, apologies for the delay.

If so, please send an offer reflecting that information and pick games similar to the one that I sent you previously.   Great!! I am very interested in 2 seats for 15 games. I don't know what is involved with posting a listing but perhaps you can modify to show "draft" instead of a list of all games. That should allow an offer for # of games and $$ to be "accepted".

• If you want to purchase 2 tickets to 15 games, here is what I propose that you do. Make me an offer and select 15 random games (maybe the astros, rockies, marlins, diamondbacks). Neither of us will be locked into your selection but it is a work-around for the system. There may be a more elegant solution but I am not sure how to implement it. But, this should work. Once we have the contact information and I get your $$, we can work out the payment details. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.

• I dont know how to "accept" an offer without picking games. (I had to turn down an offer earlier because it was not clear about how to handle that aspect of the process.) If you are interested, and we can figure out how to handle the "offer", I think we likely will figure out a way to get the Ultimate Ballpark Access account. Let me know how many games you are interested in buying and we can work through that part of the process.

• We have approximately 20 people who pick seats through an e-mail draft. It is a friendly group and we finish well in advance of the season opener.

• I cannot commit to the games that you selected at this time. We do have an email draft with approximately 20 people that likely will start in the middle of February or sooner depending on when all of the details are worked out. Post season tickets are distributed through a similar draft process. Please submit any other questions and I will try to answer them as quickly as I can.

• We have a draft where people select their games. The lowest we have is 12 tickets for a share (6 games of two or other combinations involving four).
